Masjid Al-Haqq evolved out of the Nation of Islam under the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and was established under Imam W. Deen Mohammed. The masjid now follows the Qur'an and Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad. Abdul Kareem Muhammad serves as Resident Imam and Chairman. It operates the Clara Muhammad School in Newark, NJ.
