Jamestown Islamic Society, Inc. (J.I.S.) was established in 1986. A non-political, local, non-profit religious organization managed by volunteers, dedicated to providing Islamic spiritual guidance for local Muslim community members and families through promoting education, peace, justice, and equity, and promoting partnership with other religious and charitable organizations within Chautauqua county and beyond.
