    The Islamic Center of Eastside (ICOE), also known as the Bellevue Masjid, is the first permanent mosque established on the eastside of Seattle, serving the community since 1993. ICOE conducts five daily prayers and weekly Jumu'ah, with educational programs, outreach, and community services.
