The Islamic Institute of Torrance (IIT) provides a place of worship and education for Muslims in Torrance and the surrounding South Bay area. IIT offers Quran learning classes for all ages, weekly halaqahs (Tafseer on Tuesdays and Seerah on Thursdays after Isha), morning Quran recitation after Fajr, youth activities, and two Friday Jumu'ah prayers.
